Things to do: The Montarbu-Sebastiano Path

The Montarbu Forest will allow you to enter an enchanted world in contact with the wild nature and unspoilt landscapes, where you can go for exciting walks and long hikes or bike rides.

Among the various routes we recommend the path that starts from the Service Center of the Montarbu State Forest (where soon it will also be possible to stay overnight inside the campsite under construction), up to San Sebastiano.

The first part of the trail, along the Ermolinos stream, can be easily crossed by families and with children. This pasrt of the route only a few kilometers long is very impressive, since you can admire the Rio Ermolinos.

If accompanied by children, it is advisable to retrace this stretch backwards so as not to extend the route beyond the first 2 km. Once out of Montarbu, the path takes on an archaeological connotation crossing the vast archaeological park of Ardasai. The route ends near the country church dedicated to San Sebastiano.
