Where to go on Halloween? A little creepy vacation in Sardinia

Perhaps not everyone knows it but the origin of Halloween could be here: it is an ancient custom that, depending on the area, takes the name of Su Mortu Mortu or Is Animeddas. And for this reason, since you are wondering where to go for a little trip on Halloween, we recommend you visit Sardinia.

But we must first specify one thing. Forget about the “stereotypical” Halloween and also the canonical places that immediately come to mind during this party. There are several legends that have arisen around this place. According to the most widespread, Lucifer was unarmed in the sky by the Archangel Gabriel and his saddle fell to the ground, forming that unmistakable promontory that makes the panorama of Cagliari even more unique.

Casteldoria

The castle of Casteldoria is also a place imbued with legends, ranging from fabulous treasures to perilous battles against fearsome enemies. Incidentally, Casteldoria is also one of the main spas of Sicily, where maybe spending a few days of total relaxation.
