Cala Suaraccia beach: for a totally relaxing day

Sardinia is the best for you, talking about beaches. But you’re not totally satisfied. You want to discover the ones who are considered the less known beaches in Sardinia. And we suggest to you one: it’s Cala Suaraccia, in the municipality of San Teodoro.

The beach

Why should you visit this beach? There are a lot of reasons:

• It’s made of thin and bright sand.
• A thick vegetation surrounds the entire cove.
• There are shady zones where you can find shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.

Who should go

The sea is transparent as you’ll hardly see somewhere else, and the water is shallow for several meters: for all this reasons, Cala Suaraccia is particularly apt for the ones who are spending their holiday with kids.

Moreover, the beach is equipped with a lot of services: parking lot, restaurants, camping, beach umbrella and beach chair rental. So it’s suggested for a totally relaxing day. And it’s not finished: you can attend a scuba diving course in the near tourist village.

How to reach it

Cala Suaraccia is in the locality of Capo Coda Cavallo, in the municipality of San Teodoro, not so far from Olbia. You just have to take the state road 125 to Siniscola. Once you arrive in Lutturai, turn left and follow the road signs to the beach.
