Cagliari is a great place to spend a holiday with your kids: several things to see, pleasant walks, numerous activities. And, about the things to do, we suggest an idea for a day in the nature of the Molentargius-Saline, one of the main parks of the Sardinian capital: it’s the Parco delle emozioni.
The Parco delle emozioni
It is an adventure park for children. In the Parco delle emozioni, you can play different games and sports: acrobatic routes, climbing walls, the Labyrinth of the senses. And there are workshops where children can learn and play.
In addition to this, in the Parco delle emozioni you can hire items for games such as volleyball, badminton, mini-football, table tennis, basketball, kites.
The heart of this adventure park is represented by the ponds of Molentargius and Quartu. Literally, it is a real natural treasure. Here, you can also admire a breathtaking view: the flamingos flying.
How to get there
From the centre of Cagliari, you just have to take Viale Marconi towards Quartu Sant’Elena and follow the signs to Molentargius. The journey by car takes about thirty minutes.
